UPS 2018 Holiday Information Companies Need to Know

Holidays are usually the busiest time of the year for small parcel shippers. Even with a large staff, it is easy for a company to overlook shipping costs in order to keep customers happy. UPS holiday season service guarantees

UPS Air and international Air packages picked up or delivered are guaranteed throughout the holiday season.

Commitment times for air packages scheduled for delivery November 23, December 17 – 22, December 24, and December 31, 2018 will be extended as follows:

  • UPS Next Day Air Early and UPS Worldwide Express Plus services will be extended for 90 minutes

  • All other Air services will be extended to end-of-day.

UPS Money-Back Guarantee

The guarantee is suspended for all UPS Ground shipments picked up or scheduled for delivery November 26–December 24, 2018.
