Many clients ask us how to find the credits for their FedEx late delivery refunds. Refund Retriever automatically identifies eligible shipments covered by the FedEx Money-Back Guarantee, submits refund requests on your behalf, and tracks the credits until they are issued. Once approved, FedEx applies the refund credit directly to the same invoice as the original shipment. When you log in to FedEx Billing Online, you can quickly locate these credits and verify that the refund has been applied.
