By Last updated on: November 28, 2023

Here are FedEx 2023 Holiday money-back guarantee details every business should know! During the 2023 holiday shipping season, FedEx will temporarily extend delivery commitment times for the money-back guarantee for certain dates. Other than the dates listed below, each and every ground, home delivery, and express FedEx package is guaranteed to arrive on time, or it’s free.

FedEx Express Exceptions

FedEx Express and Express Freight, scheduled for delivery from Monday, December 18 through December 24, 2023, will not be eligible for a Money-Back Guarantee if delivered by the end of the day on the published delivery commitment date for the selected service and destination.

FedEx delivery commitment times will be extended by 90 minutes starting November 24 through December 31, 2023, for the following time-definite FedEx Express products:

  • FedEx First Overnight
  • Priority Overnight
  • 2Day AM
  • First & Priority Overnight Extra Hours
  • International First
  • FedEx International Priority & Priority Express
  • International Priority DirectDistribution

FedEx Ground Exceptions

  • Late delivery refunds are only eligible for FedEx MyRewards members.

FedEx Freight Exceptions

  • Freight product commitment times will remain unaffected. FedEx 2Day AM and FedEx International Priority Direct Distribution are not eligible for the FedEx Money-Back Guarantee.
