Other than the dates listed below, every Ground, Home Delivery, and express FedEx package is guaranteed to arrive on time, or it’s free. Ground and Home Delivery shipments are guaranteed for FedEx My Rewards members. Therefore, ensure you are a member right now.

FedEx Express Exceptions
FedEx Express and Express Freight, scheduled for delivery during the seven calendar days before Christmas Day, and delivered by the end of the day on the published delivery commitment date for the selected service and destination, will not be eligible for a Money-Back Guarantee if delivered by the end of the day on the published delivery commitment date for the selected service and destination.
Shipments will not be eligible for a Money-Back Guarantee if the shipment was scheduled for delivery on the Wednesday immediately before Thanksgiving, and was delivered within 90 minutes of the published delivery commitment for the selected service and destination, for the following time-definite FedEx Express products:

- Priority Overnight
- 2Day AM
