Other than the dates listed below, each and every ground, home delivery, and express FedEx package is guaranteed to arrive on time, or it’s free.

FedEx Express Exceptions

FedEx delivery commitment times will be extended by 90 minutes starting November 24 through December 31, 2023, for the following time-definite FedEx Express products:

  • FedEx First Overnight
  • Priority Overnight
  • 2Day AM
  • First & Priority Overnight Extra Hours
  • International First
  • FedEx International Priority & Priority Express
  • International Priority DirectDistribution

FedEx Ground Exceptions

  • Late delivery refunds are only eligible for FedEx MyRewards members.
